Direction :
– Bring 1-3 tbsps of cooking oil in a frying pan.
– Add 200-300g. of any king of meat. Add Kanokwan Kua Kling Stir Fry Curry Paste. Stir until fully cooked.
– Adjust the seasoning. (Suggestion: 1 tsp of sugar) Add sliced lemongrass, chopped kaffir lime leaf and fresh long red chili. Stir fry until cooked.
