Direction :
– Marinate sliced favorite meat (0.5 Kg.) with Kanokwan Oriental Braised Beef Seasoning Paste 100 ml.
– Brown the favorite meat in deep-frying pan.
– Add water to cover the beef. Lower the heat. Cover the pan and simmer until the beef is tender.
