Direction :
– Stir Kanokwan Panang Curry Paste with 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut milk until oil appears on top.
– Add 300-400g. of any kind of meat. Stir until cooked. Add ½ cup (120 ml) of water and wait until boiled.
– Adjust the seasoning. (Suggestion: 5 tsps of sugar, 1 tsp of fish sauce or salt).
– Sprinkle with sliced kaffir lime leaf and sliced fresh long red chili.
