Direction :
– Boil 2 cups (480 ml) of coconut milk until boiled. Add Kanokwan Tom Kha Paste.

– Add mushroom and bring to a boil. Adjust the seasoning and sprinkie with cilantro, kaffir lime leaf and long red chili.
