Direction :
– Stir Kanokwan Yellow Curry Paste with 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut milk until oil appears ontop.
– Add 200g. of any kind of meat. Stir until cooked. Add 1 cup (240 ml) of water.
– Add potato, carrot and onion and wait until boiled.
– Adjust the seasoning. (Suggestion: 3 tsps of sugar, 1 tsp of fish sauce, or salt)
