Cook Tip
Step 1
Heat oil in a large saucepan over high heat. Sauté onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add mince and cook for 5 minutes or until browned.
Step 2
Stir in Leggo’s Bolognese, stock, and mixed herbs. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, and serve immediately over cooked pasta. Garnish with basil.
