100 gr per serve as suggested, start the sauce by adding 1/4 cup of water. If your sauce seems
thick, add a little more water.This sauce only requires 10 minutes of simmering. For a deeper
flavor, cook it longer, up to one hour. The longer you cook the sauce, the thicker it gets. Be sure
