Cook Tip :
1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add butter, onion, garlic, mushrooms and chorizo, then cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add mince, break it up with a wooden spoon, and cook until browned.
4. Add Leggo’s into the saucepan and stir through.
5. Cover the saucepan with a lid and leave on medium heat until it boils.
6. In another saucepan add water with a pinch of salt and bring to boil. Once water is boiling, add pasta and cook for 8-11 minutes (see packet), then drain.
7. Stir bolognese and add salt, pepper and brown sugar. Simmer it.
8. Divide pasta into bowls and spoon bolognese sauce over the top. Add basil to garnish and serve.
